We regret that we will not be able to open for the 2021-2022 season. Circumstances and the capital required have prevented opening as we had planned. We will still be in the area scouting out trails and possible rides that we might offer in the future. We hope that you enjoy your time in Quartzsite and keep us in mind for future years.

Terms & Conditions

  • All drivers must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
  • Drivers will be required to sign a waiver indicating their knowledge of the Rules & Expectations.
  • If, during the ride, any drivers are caught operating their UTVs recklessly or negligently, they will be required to provide a damage deposit of up to $1,000 via credit card or cash deposit. If no damage is done to the vehicle, the deposit will be refunded.
  • All participants will be required to wear the appropriate safety gear that is provided.
  • All participants will be required to sign liability waivers.
  • All participants must be at least 48 inches tall.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not be refunded. However, they will be credited for a future ride at a later date. This credit can be used on any tour made within one year (12 months) of the cancellation date. When you reschedule your tour, you will be charged a $30 rebooking fee instead of a cancellation fee.
  • Due to limited availability, we cannot make cancellations & or give refunds within 24 hours of your ride time. If a tour is missed, canceled, or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour price. If you are unable to take the tour, we suggest you contact us to see if we can resell your ticket for you. If we can resell your ticket, you will recoup the amount you paid, minus a $30 rebooking fee which we will charge you for selling your ticket. We cannot guarantee we will be able to resell your ticket.
  • We strictly enforce our cancellation policy, and no exceptions will be made. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so by contacting us by phone at 800.871.1044

Drug & Alcohol Policy

  • Drinking, smoking marijuana, or using illegal drugs before your tour is strictly prohibited. Anyone suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be refused service.
  • Smoking of any kind is prohibited during the duration of the tour. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping pens, marijuana, CBD pens, etc. Please refrain from smoking until the conclusion of your ride.
